After reading "The Picture of Dorian Gray" I continued reading the most extravagant and funny comedy out of the brilliant mind of Oscar Wilde: "The Importance of Being Earnest." The characters are all of the other with a more particular characteristics that make them unique and strong personality. Each icon corresponds to a particular feature of nineteenth century London society that makes them incredibly entertaining in their vices. Many times I found myself laughing at the claims without regard to Algy to his careless or live moment to moment without much preoccuppazioni, but every scene, even in the most serious a subject 'unexpected wrought leading immediately to the rice. Above all, reading this play, one can not appreciate the great skill of Oscar Wilde with words that can crare unpredictable and very comical situations that develop through misunderstandings, deceit and mistaken identity.
All this takes place in a quiet and sunny which seems to stress the aristocratic life of idleness, broken only by two different, but underneath the same, players. And the same conclusion nell'inaspettata Jack will come to understand what is important to be honest.
